Sharee has a 7 year background in HR and was promoted into the HR lead at DAN NZ in January 2018. Sharee is a capable manager with strong mentor and coaching focus. Sharee is heavily involved in our Diversity & Inclusion committee, attends national HR training, leadership development sessions, HR tech trend events; which then enables better strategic decisions and ultimately, a competitive advantage.
